I find it hard for ANY Court, to side with the ATF, and their 'expansion rules'. The ATF has said (for about 12 years), that pistol braces 'did NOT' make an AR pistol, a SBR.....until they changed their mind.. 🙄

Congress gives them the power to exist. Problem is that when we want to vote someone out, the challenger of another party or an independent is even worse. The most dangerous weapon they have against us are ones we bring into our homes like mm waves. Look at the poles outside your home and demand to know if mm wave apparatus or projection devices are pointing at homes or streets. Street lights too. They are remotely controlled. Give it more power and people can get skin lesions in a few days and the Mpox will be blamed and called contagious. Don't fall for the fix in a needle.

When they say that they can ban a weapon "AR" because they are not in common use for self defense. How many times was a stun gun used for self defense? They were classified as in common use. Clearly a amount of times used was not a consideration for their classification as in common use. Does it not make a SBR more sutiable for self defense than a full sized weapon?

I tried to get that free tax stamp May 2023. Put it on the back burner. Called the ATF Fax number Wednesday this past week and they said that there is a hold and all brace approvals are on hold. A representative actually said that I can use my pistol brace as of now due to the injunction. They said check the site for any updates. Had to dail 4 numbers to get that answer along with 2 emails. Im in Kentucky

Is there no limit to the number of appeals? With Chevron deference being shot down, ATF needs to ony speak when spoken to by the legistative, judicial or executive branches.

Why don't these cases use the new chevron ruling and if possible concede to a point that if they are considered sbr, then they can no longer be regulated under atf sbr regulation as they would be commonly owned thus their doctrine may be negated and congress law to regulate would then be invalid due to constitutional grounds.
