If you can't be truthful in small things, you can't be trustworthy in larger things, especially in the Bar. This is a symptom of a nationwide corruption problem in our legal system.

I am a German following up this case from Germany. It seems this judge is Willis' lawyer!!!

People need to know, this Judge used to work with Willis and This judge donated to Willis campaign and this judge wife donated TWICE (2) to Willis campaign. Those need to be reported!!!!

I am a disinterested party in this, and therefore I obviously have no skin in the game. And I would definitely say the evidence of impropriety against Wade and Willis is absolutely overwhelming. Their lies were so obvious and their dismissive and brash behavior when questioned was outrageous. It was as if they thought the whole world was stupid. It was downright insulting. The appearance of impropriety is so significant that they should be removed from the case and disbarred, and the case should be dismissed. But what is worse? The outlandish racist rant given IN A CHURCH to poison the minds of the jurors takes the cake. For this insane woman to CLEARLY try to enrich herself and her boyfriend and make "a name for herself" by destroying the lives of so many people charging them with felonies and imposing herself on the future of of this country is a level of narcissism the world has never seen. And for this judge to have DONATED to her campaign and NOT recuse himself demonstrates the whole damned thing is a corrupt shit show. The only way to restore ANY faith in that Judicial system is to immediately remove them both and dismiss all charges against these poor defendants. Anything less would be viewed as an overwhelming cancer in the GA Judicial system and election interference.

Fanni's conduct in court was an eye opener. "Me and my friends..." "I don't be doing my friends like that..." Her general demeanor and ungrammatical English raises the question of how she ever graduated from law school, let alone pass the Bar.

This judge is a weasel (who just so happens to have donated to Fani Willis’s campaign in 2014).

It really makes you wonder what they've done to people in court. Have they tried people and gotten convictions falsely... I'd say that every trial they were involved with is tainted.

I don’t understand this judge asking the defense if he should he kick the DA Fanni Willis off every case if she has lied that is brought before the court. Every lawyer knows if a cop commits perjury they get put on a list and DA’s won’t prosecute their cases which in turn means the cop no longer has a job. A DA is no different than a cop that commits perjury and shows prejudice.

Fani's lied at her 1st church speech when she stated that she paid Wade the same as the other attorneys when in fact she paid him much more.

The judge just want to make sure he has no way out other than to remove them and this lawyer is tell him all the violations with case law . All i want to hear about judges is that they are being FAIR, not that they are good for one side or the other. I havent seen much of this in the lower courts. They seem obviously biased. This is so disappointing.

It's very clear there are legitimate concerns about her truthfulness and based on that she needs to be removed. This judge is just not wanting to accept what he knows is true to let her off the hook. The case goes forward, just not with hher prosecuting. If he finds she can stay on the case you know the judicial system is corrupted.

Why is the judge looking for ways to assist the state

It DOES affect their credibility in EVERY case. They should be removed from all cases. That may mean impeachment is appropriate....but if she lied here, you can be sure she's lied elsewhere. There are assistant attorneys who can handle the prosecution of cases going forward. But, you can't ignore her guilt because it's inconvenient for the State.
