I think it will be the other way around, because Deadpool can break the fourth wall. Deadpool would say something like "Don't you remember me? I'm Hannibal King" and blade would look confused or something. Thats what I think :)

I've been saying for a couple days I think he could show up! I think a variant, darker version of wolverine could show up who is part of the midnight sons. He can introduce our main variants to his midnight sons team which could include Wesley snipes blade, nic cage ghost rider, probably the older punisher, a possible Dr strange variant, possible iron man variant, and I really hope Toby maguire spiderman. And this can be one of our multiverse teams and be a nice way to introduce us to the team and then give us a standalone r rated movie with that team
