The defendants smerk irritates me

The police report and the video provide the true story in this case. I have doubts about the credibility behind the defendants claim that she deleted the video after showing it to the police. I think that video provides the true story. Both Plantiff and Defendant provided non credible oral testimony in this case. If the Plantiff watched JJ at all, she would know that you get nothing if you have no insurance and kept her case in the jurisdiction of a small claims court.

Judge Judge has taught me many things but one is to always have auto insurance.

If I had taken video of that incident, 100% would have uploaded it into the cloud, my laptop, send it to myself in an email, made copies somewhere so I wouldn’t ever lose it just in case. Things come back to get you sometimes, whether it’s 2 months or 2 years, or 22 years.

Wow, the plaintiff is a piece of work. after getting into a petty fight with her ex the defendant she decided to get revenge by having a little destruction derby with the plaintiff but in the process of her little tantrum now 3 other people had to suffer damage to their cars. Judge Judy should have awarded her the money just so the plaintiff would have it when the other 3 people sued her for the damages to their cars. Now when the other 3 people try to sue the plaintiff you know they will not have the money even if the other 3 people do win a judgment.
