@@BreathGuidance oh yes. Thanks for the reply after a year.)) Hope everything is good at your side. Well I do holotropic breathing sometimes. It does ventilation. And removes all negative thoughts and emotions from mind and body.

Thanks for watching! I’m actually going to make a video on this exact title/topic, stay tuned! But to reply, the best way to breathe at all times will change on the situation you’re in and the goal you’re aiming for, but generally if you’re in a state of rest, like watching videos, nasal breathing at a resting tidal volume is ideal for both inhale and exhale 🌬️
