Cheers, mate ! How much coffee do you usually put in the bascet and how many grams are on the way out ? I am using the same espresso machine but struggling with the measurements, sometimes it tastes bitter, sometimes very acidic, i've tried to use diffrent grinding level but it is difficult to get the sweet spot, that golden shot, i hope you might figure it out. Apropos, I have to say that latte or cappuccino usaully taste all right 😅 the milk smoothes the acidity or bitterness
