Online one also looked very decent, for 300€ , though a bit of altercations and few dazzling pieces like a belt and more could have saved the situation 😇

I have watched so many of these shows, but this one actually brought tears, she is so sweet.

The online dress would have been okay. The lace was cheap, the fit needed some alternation by a qualified seamstress but other than that it was okay. Now the second dress looked great on her. The fabric was several steps above the other dress, it was proportioned to fit the body and looked great on her. Glad you chose the second dress. Keep the first, shorten it to just below the knee and dye it a light yellow. Nice casual party dress.

Hi all, I'm married to Jessica's Dad, so maybe in answer to some of the comments - Jessica & Ricky's 5th anniversary is this month, they are just as happy now as they were then, and yes the dress fittings were really late as said in the episode going back the second time was quite close to the wedding date and Jessica was still losing weight all the time up until the day. My man loves his hats and always looks dapper :)

when I made wedding and special occasion dresses .... I would sew in 2 zips ..... the out as you see it here .... and a much stronger one behind it sewn especially to the corset / support lining

When it comes to wedding dresses you get what you pay for. Quality of material, build/structure, & embellishments that’s why they’re more expensive in boutiques than online.

You know this is the first time I seen the love that the couple have for each other during and after wedding vows it was very real the love you have for each other and it came across on your faces it was beautiful

The cheap one was save-able if she added a 🎗️ around that area.

When she first put the "online" dress on, I thought it was lovely. But as they pointed out, it didn't have the structural integrity it needed. Nothing coming out of that small bag would've done. As a large lady, I know that you need a dress, that you're going to have to sit and dance and walk around all night or afternoon in, has to be well made, whether you're a size 2 or size 22. You don't want to put a heel through it as you're dancing or have a seam split as you sit down. The first dress had all the structural integrity of a tablecloth. You could tell by the way it cupped under her bust and made a deep crease before it flowed down towards the floor. A shaper wouldn't have fixed that. The dress needed more structure underneath.
