Hi Leslie. Glad you like them. You could use some of them in supported bridge, for instance the marching and single leg variations. Some of the others require the pelvis to move, so stabilizing it on a block probably wouldn't work. Of course, supported versions don't develop hip extension strength in the way that unsupported bridge does. I think it's important for elderly students to keep their hip extensors strong because they're necessary for everyday functioning, so giving them some strength building versions they can handle would be good too (maybe something like the marching variation).
