Unfortunately builder still selling homes at that area and don't care about community health. Their thoughts there is not requirement for soil inspection and it is developer responsibility. Find out ??????????????????
I was 2 when we moved into the neighborhood in Pasadena trust me the toxic chemicals even messed me up and I was only there for a little over a year not born or conceived there the kids that were born and conceived there very very messed up
