Chestbumphero Yeah they did have a video on balancing flavours in dishes using the seasoning triangle or something where u find a balance of sweetness ,sourness and acidity I think

Just to clarify we do have sieves in America we just call them either strainers or sifters. And Mamrie is vegan so when she was eating the "biscuit" (we call them cookies in America) and dipped it in the tea it was most likely that she put a dairy substitute like almond milk or coconut milk or soy milk in the tea.

I'm literally in Yorkshire, England right now, and a big fan of Grace and Mames! Those 2 making Yorkshire puds cracked me up, especially when Mamrie decided that she's "never going to visit Yorkshire" and they turned them over! And why do they not have sieves in the US?! And for the record, I have had marmite on toast almost every morning for the last 20 years. Yum yum yum... Thank you Sorted Foods for a delightful vid :) merry Christmas all!

We have them, it's just that most people know them by other names; more often as a strainer or sifter. I personally would call it a strainer, but I would know what they were talking about if they said sieve, even though my first thought would be about mining equipment.

I had a heart attack when Ben came in with the black box I had to stop watching and bake cupcakes (i bake when im under severe stress and sadness). Whilst baking I was thinking BEN WHYYYYYY I THOUGHT YOU AND I HAD A THING but then its Grace come on. Anyways, came back two hours later with a stomach full of cupcakes, watched the whole video and the After Taste made me feel a little bit better.
