Family Guy is a rare example of a show that's almost "uncancelable" They somehow were able to get to the place where you just say... "well, that's Family Guy."
Of course they aren’t being canceled, they aren’t doing anything cancelable in the first place. If they were, they’d certainly be called out for it(and by more than just loudmouths who misunderstand situations) Family Guy flat out isn’t racist, and it doesn’t send any racist messaging. Racist jokes, racist characters and racist situations are not automatically racist messaging from the show itself, it certainly is possible to be of course, to put out hateful and harmful messaging, but it’s not a given. I’m sure you already understand that part, but you might misunderstand what specifically people want to cancel, because it’s not what family guy is doing. This cancel culture stuff is rarely all just getting randomly angry at anything that might be perceived as racist, and it seems like you might be under the impression that it is, if it was, family guy would have been canceled. Stop thinking there are serious movements to prevent people from making fun of racism and race, these are movements to stop hateful and harmful messaging, they are different, they are things you’d probably want to stop to.

5:16 those are actual lyrics from "Bring Da Ruckus" by Wu Tang Clan, which makes it even funnier. I feel like OB Dave would've caught that. He randomly caught some Wu Tang lyrics in an older Office Blokes video, which I remember surprised me.
Family guy is a great show and pushes the boundaries for sure but South Park stomps boundaries. They pushed so hard that one of the voice characters quit because they roasted his religion
The best part about the family guy is that it's been canceled 3 times. Every time it was canceled there was even a bigger petition and effort to bring it back on air.
The one near the end with the father and son walking down a path and the kid throwing a rock was a "take" on the 1960's era "Andy Griffith Show". The son, Opie Taylor (Ron Howard) throws a rock into a lake. In this version he hits a black family with the rock.
They get away with it because they target all races and countries, so it's not specifically discriminating against any one particular people or country. Plus they go after world-renowned stereotypes about all races, which most people won't dispute because they do know that they're true.
This show is awesome. The jokes are so stereotypical but funny. Family Guy can’t be cancelled at this point. It’s just too embedded in US culture and everyone excepts it.
Good Reaction though I think a few of the jokes were missed about the "Lady Of The Night" giving a "Group Rate" meaning a Group of Guys, together. with her. Or when he talks to the Girl with a new Black Boyfriend and he expresses surprise at her choice and says to her "That's a lot to take in" and she replies "You're Telling Me!" meaning he has a large appendage,shall we say:)
Yeah family guy and south park are two of the top offensive adult humor shows out there. The crazy part is those two aren't even the most offensive out there. Comedy Central had a show called drawn together back in the 2000s that was way worse 🤣🤣
10:53, the joke was a two-fer technically. Peter was recently taught about feminism in that episode, he went to the march to criticize the men, not specifically because of their race, but given how most people come across this particular edit/video, they often miss out on that context.

Have you considered posting a video with you sipping tea and eating crumpets, maybe on the River Thames, reciting some Keats or Shelley? It's only in parts, sounds like it's a problem with the compilation they are reacting to. I have come across a few compilations with audio issues like that.
4:47 & 9:33 I know Family Guy makes it all jokes and stuff, but it is actually like that for a lot of black ppl here in the states. It’s super sad and unfair to say the least.
That Million Man March speech Peter gives he said those as a "feminist " to the audience of men being totally tone def to the fact that they're people of color and historically hear those phrases spewed at them by racist idiots. Yeah I don't know how to tell you this but a majority of the viewers here don't get offended by family guy. That's why there is a warning prior to episodes when aired but also a the voice actors for a lot of these clips included colored voice actors (not Cleveland)
They get away with that because the are not nationalists or antisemetic. People of colour and jewish or muslim people work there. And they make the most of the jokes like Alex Borstein the voice of Loise is jewish and do jokes about that. The only thing they want is that all people laugh and be happy.
you have to be able to talk about the most sore subjects or the world is not going to function. like the n word. if black people say it its like homie or friend but suddenly a extreme bad word if a white person says it. either nobody says it or everyone can say it. im 27 now and i used to say it to my friends like homie and my friends were from everywhere i didnt care where u were from i love everyone and never had any bad intentions when i said it with my friends. all the people i knew didnt care even if the word used to be very bad a long time ago.

No you can’t, there is a lot that isn’t protected by free speech. Libel, slander, obscenity, sedition, incitement, fighting words, hate speech, classified information, copyright violation, trade secrets, food labeling, nondisclosure agreements, public security, perjury, etc. Beyond that, there are even stricter guidelines the networks follow to please advertisers and viewers. When it comes down to it, people don’t care what Family Guy is doing here because they aren’t actually being racist, they aren’t sending racist messaging, they aren’t being harmful or hateful. Racist jokes and racist characters don’t automatically make a show racist.
Family Guy does hold back, especially nowadays. There's some certain things they will never roast. Like the political figures and ideologies they're aligned with.

racism exists everywhere. It’s an individual choice and any race can be racist. I think there’s a lot less racists than the current media propaganda would want you to believe tho.

they can "get away with it" because relatively few people actually complain about 'edgy' comedy nowadays. people love to talk about how cancel culture runs everything but I feel like the biggest and most respected comedians are still people like Bill Burr who go at very offensive topics, and the most respected comedy shows are still ones like South Park who aren't afraid to hold back
Family guy got canceled for 2 years at the begining went to court won that they are not real people and then back on the air with freedom to do anything they want
