British Office Workers try Spicy Korean Chicken Feet! 

Excellent to see that they accepted these items even after being told what they were. I grew up with things like pig's feet, intestines and chicken feet in France so it all looks wonderful to me.

우리에겐 익숙하지만 외국인 눈에는 정말 상상할 수 없는 재료일 수도 있는데 용감하게 시식하는 모습에 박수를 보냅니다.

소주 마실때 얼굴 돌려 마신분은 우리나라 문화에 대한 이해도가 있으신분 같네요~ 뭔가 우리문화를 존중하시면서 시식해주는 느낌이라서 보기 좋고 기분이 좋습니다 ㅎ

It’s so cool to see adam have such an open mind while trying these. He even has the Korean drinking etiquette(when drinking to be polite you face away from the person out of respect or kindness. Its usually done when you are drinking with someone older or someone who has seniority over you.) props to Adam. The Korean food over here where I’m from wasnt as great as I thought but nonetheless I still enjoyed it. I think if I had Korean from authentically I would have better experience! Trying new things and foods always make me happy. Even if I don’t enjoy them I’m still happy to experience it.

Covering the dakbal with cheese, brilliant move! Makes them eat and enjoy first, without having ANY preconceived notions or fear. Though, despite being a Korean, I will admit, I've never eaten dakbal before, either, so I have no clue what it tastes like, though I have some guesses. When I go back to Korea, I DO intend on finally giving it a go, among other foods I've as yet to try. This just makes me look forward to it even more. Thank you!

Our father used to buy us boiled pigs trotters for us as children, at the races. It was always winter when we went and they came wrapped in newspaper like fish and chips. I can’t remember if it came with anything else but we used to love them. This was in Australia in the 60’s/

It's weird how some "common" and "usual" dishes from Korea and my country are considered weird there, like chicken feet and intestines. These two are very common here in Indonesia. I remember giving one of my American workmate cow lung crisps and he was horrified at the thought of eating lungs lolol

닭발 양념이랑 치즈 맛 조합도 좋지만 ㅋㅋㅋ 일단 눈으로 식재료 식별할 수 없게 덮어 버린 게 거부감 없이 먹을 수 있었던 신의 한 수 인 듯요ㅋㅋㅋ 솔직히 한국인이라도 처음엔 누가 사 주니까(집에서 해 주셔서 먹은 소수파도 있겠지만..) 주저주저 먹은 거고, 먹어 보니 JMT인 거 아니까 사 먹지… (요즘은 먹방 영향도 있긴 하지만) 생전 처음 보는 음식이 그렇게 생겼으면 웬만한 용자가 아니고선 누가 자발적으로 사먹겠냐고욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

이형 채널 점점 재미있는 이유 진짜 한국에서 먹는 방식을 고집한다는거에요 외국인 입맛을 고려서 뼈없는 닭발까지는 타협하지만 우리가 안먹는 방법은 절대 고집안하죠 ㅎㅎ 저번 애들 급식도 딱 좋았는데 지금도 참 좋네요 형 500만 미리 ㅊㅋㅊㅋ 해요 ㅎㅎ

닭발은 한국인 사이에서도 호불호가 있는데 (전 아예 못 먹어요) 모르고 드셨어도 다들 잘 드시네요 ^^

This was pretty cool. I like that they very confidently tried everything without knowing what they were. Had it been me, I'd know what they were just by looking (maybe not the jokbal though), but I also would have asked otherwise. I never eat suspicious unidentifiable meats. Lol I think it was very clever to have the chicken feet all covered in mozzarella too, and with the bones removed. Much less off putting.

영국에서도 쉽게 만들 수 있는 호박전이나 야채전 같은 걸 사람들과 같이 만들어 봐도 좋을 것 같아요. 양념이나 재료를 더 사지 않아도, 간편하게 만들 수 있는 요리로요. 겉절이 김치 만들거나, 맵지 않은 백김치 만드는 법 같은 거. 영국 음식과 어떻게 조화 이룰 수 있는지 같은 것도 좋죠. 영국의 한국어학원과 함께 기획해도 재미있는 아이템 나올 듯. ㅎㅎ

I love the fact that people can love the idea of eating one part of an animal and then freak out about eating another part.

as a mexican!! clams? absolutely love. chickens feet? a delicious classic is mexican soups/broths. intestines? another classic. it always surprises me how similar asian and latin dishes can be so similar! so even just watching british people try these foods like its an absolutely new thing is remarkably hilarious🤣

As a Hong Kong person we have our own versions of those food and it's SO good! I love some pigs feet, chicken feet and clam soup 🤤 I grew up in the UK and I never knew British don't really or have never eaten clam before 😅

THIS is why you don't tell people who are new to foods what exactly it is before they try it barring any allergies because people naturally judge. With the pigs feet everyone was like, this is so delicious...until they found out what it was. If something is good, it's good.

Never really tried chicken's feet or intestines, and clams certainly not something I would order or even eat, BUT god damn do they make the food looked appetizing. It makes me actually want to give it a try, all the well knowing that I might gag. But honestly, great job on this video. I especially love how polite and friendly all of them are. That's the stealthiest way to serve dakbal I've ever seen! Covered in cheese as well, you can't even see the fingers LOL. I'm interested to try it both with and without the bones... seems more convenient without, but I wonder if it's like most chicken where deboning changes it somehow?

The immediate response to 'Do we have anything like an Anju?' NUTS. Too true. I'm not even English. I moved to England when I was 17 so I don't even know what an Italian bar looks like, but NUTS. Quite surprised to hear that Soju is the most consumed spirit in the world! The Koreans' love of Soju is pretty well known, but probably, by now, the amount consumed outside Korea must make up quite a bit, as so many non-Koreans I've heard describing it as pretty clean and not overbearing, thanks to people like Josh and Ollie and the Hallyu sweeping the world over.

In last couple years I'm surprised by how good packaged Korean food has gotten. Sometimes better than restaurant (in LA). once again, going back to my point (and British high schooler trying convenient store food) of Korean company needing to make instant English food (and Americal food) which will taste much better.... Hawaiian pizza, BBQ chicken pizza...Korean 불닭 (fire chicken) pizza? Korean 낙지볶음 (spicy squid) pizza? what about Korean 낙지볶음 전 pizza. instead of pizza dough, 파전 + 낙지 볶음 + cheese = 낙지볶음 피전? 전zza?

한국인인 저도 못먹는 닭발을 맛있게 드시다니... 저도 도전해보고 싶네요. 😉
