Brother NQ1700E auto threader stopped working-how I fixed it

My low stitch count Brother NQ1700E embroidery only machine all of a sudden stopped auto threading the needle. It took me awhile of trouble shooting until I can to the conclusion that the auto threaders hook was bent to the left, missing the needles eye. Also read page 22 of the manual concerning the auto threader and the needle not being all the way up, this in itself could cause damage to the auto threaders hook, mine was bent, and this could be the reason it bent.
NOTE: I get all my embroidery supplies from Lisa of www.MrVacAndMrsSew.com. 800-640-8227M-F-10 to 3 pm at their store and warehouse near my home. Thank you Vince. Your expertise is remarkable. It's strange how my machine will thread size 12 and up but not the size 11. Of course I bought 100, size 11 needles. 😣

Barbara read page 22 of owners manual they address the machine will stop needle up, and the needle up button will not raise the needle to full up position and the auto threader will not work, they recommend the 75/11 also, and if your having trouble go up to a #14. I think that's how my auto threader hook got bent to the left and would not go into needles eye at all. Now my machine is using Organ 75/11

What If that silver wire wrapped around the auto threader isn’t there?

the larger horizontal silver wire is a spring, the smaller wire is the thread pickup hook that goes through the needles eye during auto threading. Watch the video closely.

Vince only can see the one spring wire and my auto threader never worked when I purchased my machine new. The vendor refused to take it back or honour a warranty after day 1. If I get the replacement part ax you have replaced does if include the spring +hook?
