One of the best bands ever, reminds me of the 70s..... from the Appalachians of Kentucky me and my kin forks sat around the bonfire and play alot of these guys music.. sipping on a little bit of shine...
This shows everything that was great about the Crowes and everything that Rich wanted them to be. The way he controls the song with the volume and tempo of his guitar (as well as his backing vocals) is amazing. I saw one of these BOAF shows and it was unreal.
You were so sad you made my dogs howl You kept the ring, forgot the vow You were so sick that you almost died You needed help, but nobody tried Will this crime ever go to trial My heart's killing me, my heart's killing me This love won't let me be My heart's killing me It's just you, it's just me My heart's killing me One sad bird, one sad fence I cannot love, I've no defense Staring at two helpless hands And all I want is to hold you again Will this crime ever go to trial My heart's killing me, my heart's killing me This love won't let me be My heart's killing me It's just you, it's just me My heart's killing me
I fell down at the show in Denver….going upstairs mind you, bestie Brad said you didn’t drop a drip, I said god and the brothers arelookigoutfor,me……lbestshow ever…
Hi...no this is in standard tuning. It's just a C chord to start then you use your thumb on the first fret on Low E and then your pinky on the third fret on Low E for that little melody part during the verses. You can see how Rich does it early on in this video. Pretty easy and sounds good solo.
