Robert Wuhl confirmed that Pfeiffer was considered for Vicki Vale in the first film but Keaton was against it because they'd been in a relationship but broken up on bad terms before Keaton was with Courteney Cox. Obviously they'd reconciled by here as friends 😅

It's a Batman movie. Not a business conspiracy movie... The power plant isn't even an important part of the movie. Just a minor plot point to get the characters to meet each other. Bruce meets Max. Bruce meets Selina. Romance begins. That's all that matters.

Max Shreck missed a few things here. He should have been able to figure out that Bruce Wayne was Batman when he started talking about the Red Triangle Gang! Or maybe when Bruce threw that paper at Max. Now seriously, how the hell would Bruce Wayne know that Penguin is the leader of the Red Triangle Gang if he WASNT Batman! Cmon man LOL! Max Shreck was normally smart, in this scene, he was a little slow. Hell the bat signal is near his mansion too!
