Alcohol dehydrate the body causes the skin to wrinkle much quicker. Too much sugar messes up the texture of the skin. Too much sun causes early wrinkles. Water is the number thing that will keep the skin in good shape. A gallon of water a day someone like Mel Gibson. He aged pretty quickly. Cause of too much alcohol n whatever he was doing.

To hear what she went through to make this movie I won’t be disappointed. And Netflix picked this up. Sure they pick up a lot of things but sometimes those are winners.

Er..I know what you mean, but John Wick type of combat is anything but authentic, haha. Have you ever been in a real fight, much less a gun fight? They go nothing like what you see in those movies. It's like saying Donnie Yen's movies are authentic. They are the greatest martial arts movies in the world, but that doesn't mean that very much, if any of it, translate to the real world. Don't get carried away.

@@forgivemylaughterI find Halle Berry training with a real UFC world champion great. Considering it's her first time directing a movie and it looks this good, that's what I find great. The fact that Halle Berry got her bones broken by Valentina that's great dedication towards her role. And talking about cliche no one said this about Creed II.

@@prachisharma444 Her “training” and showing up at UFC events is called promotion. The fact that she directed it makes me think even more chance it’s gonna be bad. Breaking her bones? That’s called stupidity, nothing admirable there, real UFC fighters don’t break their bones in training, why would an actor? All fight films have some cliche to an extent but in Rocky movies we look forward to that cliche, Rocky movies invented that cliche, but it’s more than just the cliche with good fight movies such as Creed and Creed II , it’s how they wrap a new story with great acting and badass montages and epic fight scenes around it to make it new, sure it’s essentially a fall down get back up story at its core like all good and bad fight films but when it’s done right, stylishly directed, has great performances and a sick soundtrack is a completely different beast. This movie looks like every other bad straight to video type knock off fight film. How is this any different than Chick Fight. Because it’s more of a serious tone? This movie uses the tired struggling Cinderella arc that’s been done a hundred times. I’m always open minded and willing to give it a chance but I’m usually pretty spot on with movies, this looks bad. I’ll predict right now. Under 70% on Rotten Tomatoes. My guess in the 30% to 40% range. I don’t care about your gender argument that you are obviously leaning towards, movies don’t care about gender, they are good or they are not. Sure film is subjective but there’s an overall appeal that on average we take as truth.
