Meh, I think everyone overestimates his intelligence (but no one has overestimated it more than Bk). 6 weeks is speedy to get caught for a crime like this, and intelligence isn’t just about book-smarts and degrees. He very clearly lacks social and emotional intelligence while thinking he’s smarter than everyone else around him, and that creates major blind spots in life.

You answered your own question; there are numerous types of intelligence, moreover differentiating clever\smart v.s Intelligence is pivotal. Clever people just memorize whereas intellectual ones use logic and critique to evaluate and analyze. Not everyone younger than 30 has a PhD.

I think it went into Airplane mode once that year. His father is clueless and probably bought the ticket around the beginning of December. The PCA states that his phone does not ping anymore around the area after the murders.

Bryan K., also showed my father and I a new knife he bought back then, a Tang knife, black blade, black case, etc. The guy has likes and hobbies and anyone who met that guy would have known that. I met serial killers in the past, first hand, and Bryan isn't one. Serial killers, murderers do not help the elderly with yard work, or other nice things Bryan K. did. I still feel 2 people, at least, committed this crime. I also see how Bryan K., is helping now ....

The knife sheath was found with his DNA. The white Elantra was circling around King Road multiple times. Idaho doesn't have many cars going through there and found it at WSU.

Either Kohberger is the murderer, or he’s the most unfortunate man in the entire world. Nothing is a coincidence when it comes to a crime. Brian’s car, or one just like it, is seen on surveillance in the King Road area the night of the murders. His phone pings near the home at the time of the murders, after the murders, and than is turned off when the murders are taking place. His phone pinged twelve times near the home a month before the murders. Brian followed both Maddy and Kaylee on IG. I saw this with my own eyes a few hours after his arrest in January. LE found a garment tag for a new Dickies coverall in Kohbergers bedroom trash can. LE can’t find the suit in question. Lastly, his DNA being found on the knife sheath. One or maybe two of these pieces of evidence wouldn’t be strange, but all of them put together is way more than coincidences. All of these things together point to him as the killer. Now, he may have not committed the killings alone, but he was there. No doubt about it. Let’s also not forget his LinkedIn questionnaire about murders. There is no way this many signs exist without him being involved. No way! I’m speculating that there will be proof of a knife being purchased by Brian via Amazon or EBay. He didn’t think he’d be caught. He really believed he was smarter than any seasoned detectives, FBI or LE. He’s the guy.

It remains unlinked to the actual crime, and has no substantive additional DNA evidence to support it.

Then why was there no blood splatter on it? That room was pretty bloody and I think that was the room that leaked the blood so much that it could be seen on the exterior of the house

@@NEnigma777 None of us have seen to crime scene to be able to tell how much or little blood spatter was on anything. Once the heart stops beating, blood will trickling not spatter. Many of them were lying down, so I'm assuming the blood dripped down instead of up or sideways due to gravity. The blood that seen on the exterior of the house was probably blood from Xana because that is where she dropped and laid dead for all those hours according to a diagram that was made by who people believed to be the killer before an arrest was made. I saw the diagram.

Nobody is framing a guy with DNA who was also driving around at the same time of the murders in his car which is seen circling the house with his phone conveniently off and whose phone also pinged in the area multiple times prior and yet again hours after the murders. At some point you have to just accept that this many coincidences cannot be explained away and that this is the guy that did it because the evidence shows it had to be him based on the totality of the evidence and that’s only the minimal evidence we have access to at the moment. The trial will show this even clearer. I’m from planet earth, not whatever realm you’ve invented in your head that believes everything is a conspiracy.

Do you think law-enforcement is still looking for the murder weapon and the bloody clothes? BK wasn’t captured until 7 weeks after the murders so he had plenty of time to discard the items. Is LE searching the dump where items from dumpsters where he lived & worked were trashed? The dump in Pennsylvania near where his parents lived, or in Colorado, where BK and his dad stopped on the way home from Washington? Are they dragging any bodies of water along his drive back to his apartment after the murders? Looking in the forest along the way home from the murder scene, for freshly dug areas where he might’ve buried the items? BK didn’t have a lot of money, so it’s possible he didn’t discard the items, just hid them to use again or to keep as souvenirs.

I agree but if your DNA was found under a victim's body on a sheath to the potential weapon used that would be a whole lot harder to explain. Also if you were messaging and/actively following their social media accounts, circling around their house without ever going in etc that doesn't look good either. I don't personally think they've got a strong case based upon what they've released to the public. Any idea what useful information they can get from Spotify?? You or I or anyone can buy all the knives, overalls, etc… we want, but of course this is evidence when the person purchasing such things is a murder suspect and all the circumstantial evidence connects to a murder. You and so many love to shout circumstantial evidence as if it means nothing. All evidence including DNA is circumstantial. The only evidence that is not circumstantial is if the murderer is caught literally in the act of murdering. And you were a criminal justice major???

that's becoming a broken record, a typical statement of denial. if they had evidence it would've been released already. no sense in not sharing it with the public, you've already claimed his DNA was found on a knife sheath in the victim's bedroom. This has him facing the charges. The reason this kicking the can around tactic is used, is because they don't have any real evidence linking Kohberger to those murders. And that includes surveillance footage. If you don't have any of this evidence, the DNA found at the home becomes very mysterious.

You quite literally have no idea how he has expressed himself regarding his arrest besides that he was “eager to be exonerated”. If you don’t have information, it’s typically best to save your astonishment.

The police have in their cars a thing that they can transfer your WiFi/internet signal to and access anything you are doing on your phone or internet without a warrant if you are within the vicinity of the device’s capacity… you can Google it it will tell you more about it , you don’t have to commit any crime at all for LE to be all the way up your arse and that is something that should freak everyone out

Well said. They also need to explain why at 8 AM that morning in school they knew what happened. Campus was buzzing about a suicide. Cops weren't called until noon, yet bodies were known to be in that house at 8 AM. Something is terribly wrong with this case and the prosecution has a lot of explaining to do.

You know what’s wild, though. If LE wanted to pin a murder on you, they could and would twist that to make you look like a stark-raving killer. I heard on an episode of Wrongful Conviction that a lady who was convicted of killing her husband (but later exonerated and proven factually innocent) liked to read romance novels, so that showed she was unhappy in her marriage and thus murdered her husband. 🙄

He's accused, not convicted. He had social media contact with some of the girls in the house and was known to frequent the area like many people his age. The evidence so far isn't compelling. Eye witness saw him leaving the house allegedly with nothing in his hands, no blood on him, and no heavy breathing or sign of struggle. Just calmly walked through the house. That's not possible if he just took 4 lives. Something is off about the evidence. Hope they have more evidence but it looks like they're just railroading this case.

People commit murders every day, what makes you think he would never risk everything? I don't know if he's guilty or not but it's pretty clear his life was going in a bad direction, it's not like he had much to lose.

A lot of other independent detective channels have put out more plausible theories. At the very least, BK didn't do it alone. But many believe he was simply there or in the area, and didn't do any violence at all. Eye witness in the house DM saw him leaving allegedly. His hands were empty, he had no blood on him, and no sign of breathing or struggling. Not normal if he just took 4 lives. Knife would also be too big to fit inside his pants, and nobody on Earth could put a KBAR in their pants unsheathed. Something isn't right with the evidence. It doesn't add up.

Does not prove Bryan K. was inside that house. And killing 4 people that appears to be violent and messey, the murderer would have left behind DNA from his person.
