The trial of Janeway would of been a great episode. Not only to help with the inconsistencies of her principles, but to show that no matter how much you try, we are all fallible, and additionally, the episode would have given her an epiphany that she must embrace her imperfections as she is only human

The Trial idea is basically the Trek version of The Trial of a Time Lord crushed into one episode. It'd also be interesting how the writers reconciled the idea of a senior staff which includes 2 Maquis, an ex-con, a Hologram who isn't supposed to be running this long, Delta Quadrant trader who has never even been to the Federation and an ex-Borg whose legal statuses are all unclear at that point, putting a Starfleet Captain on trial for anything. Harry and Tuvok are the only ones who are technically supposed to be in their jobs after-all....

I liked ST: Voyager. It was a good show. It was a total departure from the usual adventures in the Alpha and Beta quadrants.

The Janeway trial episode could have probably gone forward if the "trial" was all on Janeway's mind due to some injury/coma or some other techno-reason. This would let the story be explored without affecting the actual real crew. I think it could be a good Q episode too.

I like part of the life form pitch. I would've had the lifeforms reach Earth, not be invaders but just a character study of how people react to the crew being home. Show how the families react. Then have the crew start to die etc. The solution ends up being the crew/ship go and land on Venus and live on Venus. Having the show end with the idea of do the people/friends the real crew had relationships with continue their friendships. Are the duplicates the closest thing the UFP will see of the Voyager crew etc? Then later on in the Barclay episodes have the duplicates help bring the real Voyager home/establish communication. Instead of Barclay being addicted to living with holo-voyager or whatever happen just have him be on Venus living with the duplicates..

I love this idea, and would jump at the chance to see more. Question; Was Voyagers premise too broad, or too 'high concept', as it seemed like the writers struggled harder than they did with TNG and DS9?

The court marshall episode would have been good especially since Picard and Kirk has gone through them. Janeway especially needed a court marshall episode cause she really did make some real questionable calls and her way of dealing with those that questioned her, a mutiny would be definitely should have happened at least twice.

No, I doubt it? Prodigy has its own talented writers who can come up with there own stories! Stories that they wouldnt have to pay someone else to use!
