BTCC 1999 - John Cleland announces his retirement 

A low key end to a glorious touring car career, but one of my heroes growing up, such a great guy.

If only he had stayed just one more year until the end of super touring he would of had a much better car and would 100% of been on the podium a couple of times. The Vectra was never much good until its final year.

Yeah John has decided to retired from btcc at the end of 1999 season
