i somehow on my school computer got 21ms. ON A 60hz DISPLAY. i accidentally clicked and i just happened to be frame perfect. 1 frame is like every 16ms on 60hz

Reaction time doesn’t entirely coincide with being able to play high ar. Ar is a trained skill, it’s possible to read ar 11 with your reaction time but the thing is you have to train it.
