The United Nations PTDance Video is amazing too! It was a big moment never seen in pop music. They are really relevant. Note: the moves with hands in the choreo are sign language.

- Well, the guys called RM's hair a tennis ball colour... 😂 - PTD was released on ARMY's birthday and they intentionally made the choreography simple for us to learn during the pandemic. (Yearh, right! 🤭) - But as with everything BTS they can't quite help themselves and the video is stuffed with little easter eggs like their debut date is a phone number on the laundromat window, the sign in the office saying disABILITY (it was released in July which is Disability Awareness Month), etc. - The pancakes are a reference to the Butter mv. PTD is the b-side track of the Butter single. - We think the sign post might be a clue to a world tour as well, with ARMY being the annual fan club concert in June. - The second run that you liked, in the background shortly after Jimin's amazing run, is Jin doing a quick 10 note run. - Probably my favorite part of the song is Jin's consistent "dananah" or Sope's cute little dance interaction. (Suga+J-Hope=Sope) 🥰

Yoongi once said something like (and he was talking about their seemingly-sudden and stratospheric international stardom, and how they were so high up that it was “cold and hard to breathe”)…”I’m encouraged because we are flying together. I’m afraid of falling, but not afraid of landing…” This was back around 2018 I think. So the lyrics, “we don’t need to worry, cos’ when we fall we know how to land” reminds me of when he said that - I love it, I find it very inspiring. Oh, and not only are they dancing, doing that complicated choreo, plus singing, but they are - in the case of PTD - singing in English, and only Joon is fluent! It’s not even a second language for most of them, more probably their third after Korean and Japanese…Plus they do so many of their Korean songs in Japanese…And most of their Korean songs have English phrases - I don’t know how they keep it all straight in their heads while still interacting with the cameras or audience…🤷‍♂️😳💜💜

There is a performance of this where they shut down a bridge in Seoul and they sang butter it was absolutely insane.

I loved the inclusivity. 💜 I also loved the sign language 💜 (I’m a pediatric nurse, and for whatever reason, it stole my heart. I immediately started thinking of my patients seeing this and feeling like it’s for them, too)

Just in case no one else mentioned it...The pancakes with butter at the beginning is a shout out to their song "Butter". Also if you are inside a restaurant or store you should be wearing a mask, if you are outdoors, and no one is around your risk of Covid is very slight, so no need for a mask. Plus the BTS members can't wear a mask while they sing. The purple balloon that Jungkook releases at the beginning is a sign to Army that Covid is slowly ending. The people are wearing masks, until they see the purple balloon float by and then they take their masks off. Yeah, there isn't any rapping in this song, so you get to see and hear why J-Hope is considered a sub vocalist and even get to hear RM and Suga sing. They actually filmed the Jimmy Fallon performance in South Korea and it aired from there. And one way that they practice to be able to breathe normally while singing and dancing is by running on treadmills while singing. I thought that was interesting but makes sense. There is also a video of the dance challenge where many people sent in shorts and Bighit selected many to make the video. Some of the youtube reactors were there too. The dance is deliberately easy so people could join in. They even had 3 language signs for the people who are hard of hearing. They were - enjoy, dance and the V sign. The song hopes BTS will soon have concerts in the cities that were seen on the signs. It came true because BTS has done many *PERMISSION TO DANCE - ON STAGE* concerts. The first was online. Then they sold out 4 stadium concerts EACH at SoFi stadium in LA, Allegiant stadium in LV, and the Olympic stadium in Seoul.

The rest of the group were teasing RM about his hair and said he looked like a tennis ball 🎾😂

RE: masks - they are worn indoors for sure...outdoors if you are in a crowd, but not when you're sitting alone on top of a semi-trailer. (This is a pandemic-era film, so the masks weren't for filtering pollution but to prevent the spread of COVID?) Not sure why you'd think the opposite? This is so special. I was looking after my goddaughter at the time who is deaf since bith but loves music as she feels the vibration, when this came out. I went to go check on something and she comes running to the kitchen dancing her butt off signing to me in excited 7 year ol sign that BTS told her to dance with them and she was almost crying in joy that even they thought of her and It was so special i ended in tears of sheer respect for them. Her and i played it on repeat all day and danced all day

I watched this video for the first time the day after it dropped so my best friend and I could watch it together via Skype. For me, and for so many, it was the right song at the right moment. I just love jungkooks tattoos in the Jimmy Fallon performance it's so sick I love it. They dance and sing so perfect

Their hair usually changes when they have a comeback, and it can change numerous times during the comeback. So we never know. It can literally be a change in two weeks or a month. Fun Fact - They had a permission to dance challenge, and they also included international sign language in their choreography. You see it more toward the end of the video, and in the after video dance with their staff. They also have a music video with their fans doing the PTD Dance challenge. Elton John and Jabberwockies joined in on the dance challenge too. You asked where would ARMY be? The answer is wherever BTS is. 💜

When they dye there hair they usually just keep for like 3 or 4 weeks because it starts fading so they dye it back to their natural hair color or if they wanna do another color they can but they usually wait so there hair isn’t damaged so it’s healthy
