This is a song that you must see live. I think it's better than the studio version.

this is such a sophisticated song, and so early in their career ... one thing i always appreciate about bts is the complexity of their lyrics; they're always dynamic and thought provoking (not just about new/physical love, etc)

Agreed, the live version is 👌. It’s one of those performances that blows the “boyband “ myth clean away. It’s a sophisticated song for such young men which really showcases their talent.

One of my ultimate favorite songs! I love the seduce-you-into-staying vibe this song has. So so good! BTS has amazing variety in their discography. I really love that about them. It never gets old.

One of my favourites (one among many😉). One of the things I love about BTS is that you don’t get bored listening to them because they have so much variety in the styles of music they present.

It took me a while to get into BTS because their title tracks aren't the kind of music I listen to. It was when I got to their slower songs like this that I began to really enjoy them. I tend to gravitate towards songs by the vocal line, as a unit or as solo. There are so much more to explore. However, since you've started on their Cyphers, I'm really looking forward to hearing your thoughts about the rest of the Cyphers and about their growth as rappers.

This is one of my favourites, a different vobe as you said. The live performance is incredible, the amount of emotion they put in bearing in mind Jungkook was only 17, V and Jimin 19 and Jin 22 years old. Another of theirs I love, different to this but different to the pop and hype like you said is Louder Than Bombs. No idea how to describe it but I think you would like it. No MV for that either but definitely a colour coded lyrics video.

Too bad you did not watch the live version of this. You can find one that has subtitles and it is a better performance than the studio version. As usual their live performances are better 99% of the time. Something that might suit your reactions better is to do a lyric video first and then follow that with the live version of the same song all in the same reaction video.

I’m going to echo what almost everyone else has said - the live version is really worth watching. It’s easy to follow who’s singing which part as the 4 of them just stand & sing. BTS are always great live but the House of Cards live is chef’s kiss

The only problem with color coded lyrics is they aren't always accurate with the lyrics or with who is singing.

I would definitely say the live performances is better. This song I do enjoy the lyrics and what is talking about. However the song in general isn’t really my style. I would listen to it, if it came up but wouldn’t be something I play all the time. I love these songs below more in my opinion.
