Buah Keluak Pizza 

This one-of-a-kind pizza is inspired by Ayam Buah Keluak - a Peranakan chicken dish made with the nuts of the Keluak tree native to South East Asia. I used Batu Lesung's Buah Keluak sambal, which made this fusion dish possible. Also, I show you how to make from scratch a simple pizza dough that works for me every time.
