I have just recently gotten into tuna processing. These guys make it look easy. I process tuna what must be about half the size of theirs and it can be quite challenging. Mad respect.
Great skills, and thanks for the upload. Any chance of the ‘carcase of whats left I could live off that for a couple of weeks! Really great job though, seam butchering a large and small fish helps leave it in one piece and not have it fall apart and fray round the edges.
I used one of these bubba blades the other day to fillet a large cobia and it was like nothing I have ever used before , razor sharp and stayed that way the best non slip grip ever and the handle goes in ur hand so comfortably , I have used japanese and german knifes worth thousands of dollars that wouldnt compete with these bubba blades , I will be buying a few in the following weeks
Is it me or does fileting technique differ from place to place? This is by far one of the most efficient techniques I've seen. Excellent skills gentlemen!!
