@@MilesModelWorks Look at close where the tag is on the back, it's carbon fiber, most of last years Monster Energy car panels are carbon fiber, not metal anymore.

I think i saw this exact one on pristine auction( arround halloween? it was an erik jones dewalt one), but they dont deal with a lot of sheet metal im afraid

This was on pristine auction you can see the sticker by the authentication. I have a piece from them myself. Don't feel the need to overpay on pristine auction though! I've found better deals on eBay lol
Just make sure that when you ever decide to get married, that they are as big of a NASCAR Fan as you are! I can't tell you how little of my collection I have left! I have refused to get rid of my Mark Martin die cast collection, and my Dale Sr. & Jr. Die cast. But most of my larger pieces are gone! Now, tragically a lot of my larger memorabilia was destroyed in Katrina, as we lived in New Orleans...but my die cast was in boxes and totes in a storage shed...so it was all safe! But...congrats on the DeWalt hood..that's really cool!

As a racing fan it's kind of like the equivalent of collecting jerseys and your average Celtics fan isn't exactly hanging up a LeBron jersey. I mean obviously if you have a favorite driver that's the item/piece of history you want to invest in and display 🤷🏻♂️

I love sheet metal but it’s expensive at most shops. I had a whole side of a arca car twenty plus years ago and my ex wife threw it away. I’m still pissed.
