I saw lot of hatred comments just follow your religion don’t hurt other, I believe all religion are equal and with the same goal one which teaches everyone belief is true(more with inclusion rather than exclusion), these subset(religion) we make is like a river which flows into a superset(religion) ocean all are true in its nature
All religions are not equal. Per Hindu scriptures all your gods are cursed. Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu are all cursed. Krishna, yadavas, brahmins, kshatriyas are all cursed. So why do you follow cursed gods and “sages”?

Sadguru dont criticize or compare other religions without practicing and understanding them.Instead of that you can practice your own religion and get your own enlightenment without making conflicts among peoples .All mistrusts were solved when scientists discovered that the atom is just a lump of energy and scientists like Albert Einstein were astonished that this true transient nature was preached by Lord Samyak Sambuddha 2600yrs ago .
The point is not about religion, but truth. If you are speaking about Shiva and Buddha, you need to consult the knowledge revealed by sages in the Vedic scriptures. Why blindly believe in somebody who is not learned in the scriptures?

Buddha aka shiva Indian Aryan break budhha temple and convert Buddha as shiva and convert elephant budhha as Ganesh but they couldn't break kelash temple so they covered up them as shiva and linga but they are Buddha statues in meditating state in kelasha temple.

Lord Buddha achieved nirvana and escaped this sansara cycle. But before Gauthama Buddha left, he taught us the path for nirwana which we should follow. Every god’s extinction, including Lord Shiva’s is temporal. Everything is temporal. So after Lord Shiva’s karma is over, he loses his godly powers which was temporal. So every being, including gods should follow the path for nirwana. It is the only way to get rid of this dukkha. As gods too have to face dukkha. 🧡

Shiva is a Brahma, isn’t he? In Buddhism, Brahma lives in the highest 12 stacks over Gods who lives in 6 stacks. And it is true that they are older than Gautama Buddha because some of them existed since the times of other Buddhas (Gaguthan, Gornagon, Gathaba). Gautama is the fourth one and there’s one more to come Arimaythaya (the last one). Buddha even preached Brahmas. Some Brahmas followed his teachings. Some Brahmas did not because they didn’t think Buddha was above them which you can call “arrogance”. It is ok not to follow Buddha or his teaching. For those Brahmas, they will still be in the circle of life and death. I guess they just like to live in the life of being powerful. That’s an attachment. Buddha had powers like Brahma too. He just didn’t want it. No attachment he wanted. That’s why he left everything. His goal was to exist the circle of life and death which is repeating for everyone. That’s all. So, Shiva (by your telling) is just one of the arrogant Brahmas who didn’t look up to Buddha. And that’s ok. It’s his choice. Buddha already said “Nothing can save you except yourself”

Sadhguru falsely assumes that Buddha’s path is a branch of Shiva worship. Buddha studied with 52 spiritual teachers all over India. It’s probable that some of them may have followed Shiva, but how can we conclude that Buddha followed in the footsteps of Shiva? Merely because he practiced “awareness”? As if Shiva were sole teacher of “awareness.” Sadhguru is very clever, but his methods of research are flawed. He keeps saying strange things about Buddhism which contradicts the evidence we have. He’s trying to be another OSHO, making large claims about other religions without really knowing what he’s talking about.

Buddha's path of enlightenment comes from his own knowledge of questioning things. No one is here to help you, not a fancy god, even the creater of the universe(there isn't one) will not help. Its you who have to help yourself. The answers for your search wil not given by some divine being, its inside you, take refugee in yourself And find the answer.
@@existence... There is no self in Buddhism and I believe in it. The soul we call is made up of five aggregates which makes the soul and those five things are impermanent and are subject to time and space. These five aggregates make me which I call it a soul.

Believing in it is your choice because buddha instructed not to follow his or any one's teachings blindly but to analyse it with our knowledge and neutral mind. If Shiva is a Hindu god, Siddhartha probably got what shiva could give & then Siddhartha found his own way to eternal bliss of non existence. So great full that the Buddha left the path he followed for anyone else that could understand & want to follow to try it out.

As a being Hindu I am practicing Buddhism since 2019. I overcame my trauma anxiety and other psychological issues. And Buddhism is mainly based on self awareness. Not a tale only. Obviously both religions are scientific. But the way buddha aware people was so simple and scientific. It is mosty focus on the present and karma which is depending upon the basic human living. ❤❤
Buddhism is based on realisation that there is no self (soul, here by default parmatma becomes non existent in Buddhism because there is no 3rd party), then everything is impermanent and hence conducive to suffering. Once you realised that thing all you have to do is to start following the supramundane 8 fold path and cultivate Virtue, Concentration, Wisdom. Then you will achieve the nibbana(Arahantship) starting with stream entry.
Buddha is the only person in this spectrum of spirituality is called as The Enlightened One. No human could understand this process of enlightenment, they were simply meditating and doing many nonsensical things but nobody could find a way out of this samsara. Buddha is the only human in this entire humankind to find a way out from Samsara. That's why many countries of East West North and South could accept his teaching. ❤Jaggivasudev knows it but still he is misguiding people for his personal benefits because if he admits this, people will stop coming to him.❤

Buddhism is one small aspect of hinduism.. buddha himself was a hindu bit he focussed on only one thing. So there is no comparison btw Shiva and buddha. Buddha real name is gautam siddharta which is a hindu name. Tibetian buddhism is just fusion of hinduism and bon religion. Shiva sab ka bap hai including buddha.

It is true that the Buddha learnt many of the practices of Indian masters at that time before he attained enlightenment, but after he had tried every one of them and said that they were not the right path, he gave them up.

At the times of buddha there were no shiv sutras to being with there were few vedas, no gita, ramayana. It was buddha who discovered that path.no shiva,bishnu, barmha exist in the old vedas. That’s why buddha said “eso dhammo sanatano” dhamma became dharma, sanatano became sanatan. If there was shiv sutras or gita, ramayan it would have been promoted by the foreign evaders instead of only buddhism. So, sadhguru should stop misguiding people.
Geeta and the Sermons are equally as scientific and I cannot compare them. The sutras and puranas are biased in my opinion. Even Buddha being an avatar of Lord Vishnu was written after he died by some Brahmins...
As a buddhist with buddhist ancestory what we believe is that hinduism teaches about divinity while buddha taught abt achieving enlightenment which is as great at divinity buddhist teachings are more comparable to a way of living and existing in the calmest and most peaceful of ways...love all respect all be in complete harmony with self and society...a true buddhists find teachings in our own religion and also love other religions and believes...hinduism is a very loving religion however i would say the teavhingsof Christ and the new testament sayings are v similar to buddhism teachings according to me...no hate but all love for everybody

If Hindus say Buddhism is a part of Hinduism ,,,they say it because they can't come to the level of buddhism...Gods can't be compared with a Buddha...And again Buddha, The prince Siddhartha is not an Indian..Don't reply me now,,,Just wait a few years....We'll proof it..
@@tharu2428 i will reply, Buddha wasn't a God, he was a human, he himself denied when his followers thought of him as a God, now that's a logical thing to say God isn't comparable to buddha. But wait why are you taking it so hurtly? Even Sadhguru is a human. Now as i said this you will even get hurt for the reason i compared Siddhartha with Sadhguru. Shiva is considered as the source of the reality itself, he's not a human. He doesn't have a beginning nor an end. At the end i respect all every buddhas present in the world, there are not hundred but thousands of buddhas around the world, now if you disagree to this point then you are not only denying that everyone, even you can become a buddha. You have to understand it. You follow and pour your love to someone who you keep above yourself, doesn't mean you have to become against other mystics. And one thing is that there's always debate going on whether buddha (Siddhartha) was a god or not, i want to confirm, one is Vishnu avatara who was a buddha, now people confuse him with Gautam Buddha and argument goes on.. And whatever the hell you say, Gautam Buddha was from Bharat (you don't agree it's india so i have wrote it's Bharat= original name of india). At the end, i have a great respect for buddha, you don't have to think of me as an enemy

In jainism ,,They say Mahaveer as a Buddha (Jain Buddha).. And also Buddha have never told that he was an avatar of a God,,,In the jathaka kathaa(Past lives of Buddha,,,Describes 547 lives of gouthama bodhisatva )doesn't explain about that kind of god.. And also tripitaka has never considered Buddha as gouthama..It says Buddha's name is "Gothama" (not "gouthama" or "Goutham") So even the names are totally different... For example :- Ranveer singh ,,If I say "Ranaveerasingha" (a common Sri lankan name) to him instead of his name It's a totally different Sri lankan name,,,Feels like he is a Sri Lankan...So it's a different person it's not Buddha in Buddhism.. And again ,,Buddha is not from Bharat or India...It's absolutely not...He is from Sri Lanka...You have to agree with this very soon in the future..And also many kings that people think who were Indian(or from ancient Bhaarat )are not Indian ,,,Not from Bharat... Indian and Sri Lankan history will almost totally changed in the very soon future.. Maybe you are confused,,,angry now but I said the truth...The whole world including India will agree with what I said, in the future...Very soon..
For whoever telling Buddha is real and Shiva is non-existent idol that is worshipped...but if u have read Geetha and had understood the deep meaning that Shiva and other idols that are considered and worshipped in Hindu is just a outer layer of all the universe and the creation and different form of awareness...which is just made into stories ( ramayan and Mahabharata) and characters( which we call gods) ...so considering this...all the idols which we worship are just forms of creation...so which means Buddha is human who expirienced the creation in a more broad aspect so I think Sadhguru makes sense...

Buddhism is way too deep for people who r belive in god and people who thinks they can get forgivness from any sin they do. So pls stop compairing. In buddhism u have to focus on yourself. Buddhism originated from India Buddha himself was an Indian even his family worshipped Lord Vishnu and Shiva and you are telling that Lord Shiva is imaginary😂😂 if you ever read Buddhist scripture, Lord Buddha clearly States he is not a God, he calls himself an enlightened one, he is a saint and a great teacher, but not the creator. We worship Lord Shiva from centuries, even before you even found Lord Buddha. Lord Buddha was actually Prince Siddhartha who wandered around to find answers to his questions where he later accepted the concept of life and God. He was not God or else he would not have struggled and starved to find the concept of life, because if he was God, he would have created life, why would he search for the answer then😂😂
