@@geriannroth449 Ideally you use both together. If you choose one: here's how- If your pots have been fertilized in the past, use VermisTerra Tea every 14 days to help release salts and other trapped nutrients. It will build up the soil microbe population to enhance root, plant, and soil function. If you haven't fertilized in a while, and the soil has little organic matter and nutrients, you want to add the Vitality (concentrate liquid) regularly when watering, or earthworm castings (top dress) seasonally, to build soil structure and provide minerals, elements and bioavailable multivitamins. It is more concentrate and beneficial than compost. There are plant hormones so You will see plants grow more leaves, fruit, and the fruit will have better taste thanks to the trace minerals.
