no exactly in the uae, but qatar so rents are still lower (somewhere 15 minutes outside the main city but in its own town 3BH condo styled flat costs near 60k a year) IMO, its a giveoff, salaries are usually less and at the same time rents are surprisingly higher. But, what makes it worth it is the zero tax and the benefits (most jobs cover rent).

We have always home educated our 17 and 14 year old but are looking into sending our 3 year old to a school if they are any good. I would recommend Al Majaz, I’ve personally lived there before, Al Safya is also a nice area with massive masjid connected to a massive park with residential building around it, will be making a video on that soon inshallah
