Nicole As a very shy, serious, introverted and proud woman welder, thank you so much for being my mentor and teaching me how to develop my physical endurance, which is so necessary for a better performance in my work.👩‍🏭 Can you do more videos about a routine for entire body? I want to be more strong, athletic and, why not, badass like you.💪😉 I'm the only woman welder at my workplace and I suffered a lot, physically and mentally, in the first few days for my body to adapt to the hard work routine, I thought I wouldn't last a week there. I almost gave up.😢 It's been more than a year, and I'm still there, working hard and developing my skills to be the best professional I can be. I love what I do, even though it's very hard, dangerous, hot work and I get dirty from head to toe.😆 The satisfaction I feel from doing work that is hard, predominantly masculine and unusual for most women is priceless. I'm not tall, strong or very agile, and I still try to do my best at work.👩‍🏭💪 When I see you chopping wood with all the skill and strength you've developed over time, carrying weight and getting your hands dirty, I identify and feel represented, as well as having fun with your personal touch and sense of humor. Your content has been my comfort on my "not so good days".😊 From the joy and contagious smile you express, I can tell that you love what you do and are being yourself, living the life you chose on your own terms. I admire that and that's why I follow you and be your fan. Keep going.💪 And Bambi literally warms my heart when I see her with you on your adventures.🐶 Love you and Bambi.❤❤❤ Thank you.🙏

Thanks for your comment. *YOU* sound like a badass! it shows a lot of mental and emotional strength that you're still preserving with those environmental and work challenges. It's also great to hear you love what you do, that's the dream! I hear your suggestions for full body workouts and I'll start brainstorming some ideas 😊 It also really means a lot to me that my content has had a positive impact on you, that makes this all worth it 😄 Thanks for being awesome and inspiring!

@@NicoleCoenen Nicole, I have to say it's YOU who are amazing, inspiring and badass. Your videos really help me a lot, it made me realize how much I can still evolve into a better version of myself, being myself, just like you.😊 I can't wait for the next lessons to develop my entire body.🏋️‍♀️ I admire you even more.😃 Love and hugs for you and Bambi.🤗❤️🐶

Sounds like a cool job, Maru Chan. How did you get into welding for work?
@iammaru-chan
@iammaru-chan 9 месяцев назад
@@caravanlifenz Hello Yes, for me, it's a really cool job. I like what I do. Physically it's exhausting, but mentally I feel grateful and fulfilled for being able to do something I couldn't do before due to a lack of skill, experience and strength. During the pandemic I tried to learn another profession and the opportunity arose to take a basic welding course. I started from scratch and realized in the first class that I had no talent at all. All my skill was developed through pure effort and repetition. I couldn’t even imagine working in this area that was so unusual for women. I've never done such hard work. I have a mentor who is a welder with almost 20 years of experience. In addition to teaching the course I took, she guided me to obtain my licenses, train for practical tests and enter the job market, which still has a certain resistance to hiring women. I am very grateful to her. Whenever I go to visit her, I say "thank you for everything". I received a lot of "no's" until I got an opportunity. And as soon as it appeared, I grabbed it. Today I continue working to gain experience and training for new tests to obtain new licenses and improve my resume. It was the best decision I made in my life, and it changed me forever. If I wasn't afraid and thought about giving up? Of course I did, and I still do to this day, believe me. We will have fear and other things invading our thoughts all our lives, but the opportunity that you wait for and appears in your life is often the only chance you have at that moment, which will probably not be repeated. For everyone who reads this message and has their dreams to fulfill, I say that, no matter what your dream is, whether you are a man or a woman, whether you are considered too old or too young by the people around you, whether they laugh or say that your dream is craziness. Just move forward and pursue fulfillment no matter what. Every sweat and tear you shed will be worth it, believe me. I was so unhappy before, I hated working to survive, I believed that I didn't have the capacity to do many things, that I couldn't even try to pursue happiness because I thought I didn't deserve anything, and today I do a job that I love, and it made me understand who I really am, that I deserve to have the life I want and to be truly happy, like any human being. I hope you can feel the satisfaction I feel when you achieve your dreams because it's wonderful. Be happy.

Definitely gonna try to combine this to my current workouts. :) I used to visit the gym regularly quite a time ago, but due to a full time job and spending time with the horses and working with them afterwards, the visits are reduced to a bare minimum. Always appreciated how "quiet" one is able to keep the movements, once there is a steady routine and improvement in the workout. 😊
