This video address exactly where my issue is: HIP JOINT. I just started this plate and (your) routine. Does this mean I should not do any other exercises during the week?

Glad the video was helpful, Mari! It absolutely does not mean you avoid other exercise during the week. It just means that it's best to avoid additional whole body vibration.

I watched your older video. I'm 65 and have breast cancer and I'm on Anastrozole which is known to cause bone density issues. I had a good dexa scan 2/2023 but have been on the AI for 9 months. I'm confused because off ALL the videos I've watched about bone density, no one has mentioned rest periods. I get enough conflicting info on my cancer treatment. It's so confusing!

Rest is the corner stone of recovery and growth of muscles and bones. As we get older we require more time to rest. The harder you train the more you need to rest. 24-48 hours is highly recomended between workouts. 1-2 minutes between sets. Who ever told you other wise, should be avoided.

I recently purchased a Power Plate My5 to improve my bone density. I have been viewing your Power Plate videos on this subject and you have at least 2 versions of "best" exercises. This video and the "Quickly BUILD BONE Density With This Scientifically Proven Method" video where you use ankle weights and a backpack. On one of your videos you talk about Hertz and Amplitude. You mentioned using the 30 hertz and the "high" amplitude on the Power Plate if I recall correctly. I am now confused on the best way to maximize my Power Plate. Can you tell me, in your opinion: Best exercise video you have for osteoporosis; Best Power Plate settings; and Best frequency. I am assuming 5 days a week 10-15 min per session. Thank you!

Would these exercises also be suitable on the Marodyne LIV machine?

It's a good question, Jocelyn. While I cannot say definitively because I don't have experience with that specific machine, my suspicion is that most of these movements would be very challenging (and potentially unsafe) to perform on an oscillating platform.

Totally other question Yoni, do you have a remedy for biceps tendon rupture? For some time ago I did wide grip pull ups and I was rather enthousiastic and felt explosive energy coming out while pulling up. But than I heard around the 8th rep an rather noisy tearing off sound on my right biceps and I immediately stopped the work out. And nowadays I have a Poppy biceps and if I train the biceps alternate than I notice less power compared to the other. Is this rupture to heal in a special way btw I think it's the long part of the biceps . But how again the tendon will grow back to the bone?

Sorry to hear of your injury, Christian! It depends on the extent of the tear. With a complete rupture, surgery is typically the only option. With grade 1 & grade 2 tears, non-invasive treatment and rehab is usually the way to go. Although, I'd be layering in nutritional & supplementation strategies, light therapy and possibly stem cell therapy - depending on the severity of the damage and financial constraints.
