Build Breakdown: LS swapped 3rd gen Camaro Part 2 

I was just gonna say something simular.. the rs on the bumper doesn't help.... 🤔 so once I ls my 92 rs is it then a iroc z? Asking for a friend lol....but this will be a cool car

@@foreverfree6685 No. I am a 3rd gen IROC enthusiast. I owned two in my early days. Chevrolet lost the contract in mid-year 1990. I'm guessing people who don't know the facts and just talking out the side of their necks call any 3rd gen Camaro an Iroc. Yes, the name sounds much better than just calling it a Camaro. The suspension is similar to the RS however the factory spring rates between the Iroc and the RS are different including the steering ratio along with other suspension components. The Iroc Steering has a tighter feel compared to the RS. You can call it an IROC if you like but if I was to meet you and see your car and know it's a 92 I will tell you straight it's not an IROC, but that's just me. Again I am a hardcore 3rd Gen IROC fan. "Remember all gentlemen wear bowties."

I've seen fullbuild for a third gen range from about 10k-20k depending on the shape of the car. But it you pay for the quality in the end.

Also if you tear down the car as much as possible before handing it over can also save money. It'll cost money to tear it apart as well. My best advice do all this and gather your parts separately. I'm currently doing the same to my 84 z28.

The LS in that car is at least 10k
