Hey folks - start this gradually, do each leg 10x first, on each side, for both reverse lunge and the double-step single drive up. Do these after your long runs, and you'll build super strong resilient legs! Then build up to 15x, 20x, etc. Thx for the update to the classic Roche workout!

Start with smaller step and smaller stride back with reverse lunge. Also less reps. Start within capacity

What is the reason for so many reps? Whatever exercise you can do for 20 reps, isn't focusing on strength any more. It sounds like the force needed to make an adaption is way to small with many reps. In my head, it sounds much more efficient to load this exercise enough to barely make ten repetitions. Thoughts?

@@TheRunExperience I thought the meaning of this was to make our legs stronger. Not better the endurance. That we do on every single run. I get that doing something for 30 reps is more strength than 15k reps, but thought high rep strength training was outdated theory.

@@Huttify Running is a lifestyle ..this can only help improve general strength as there is not any one single exercise tha t will make one into a world champion runner overnight...so instead of trying to poke holes in the theory...embrace it into a workout and bring back some realistic feedback as to how it did or did not work for you.....stay injury free

Start where you are. Do 5-10 reps today, 10-15 next week, etc.
