Very nice project . . . can't wait to see your next video (after accident) and see how you work around the shop . . . there is a Canadian carpenter (Samurai Carpenter) who is also a genius woodworker, who cuts on the table saw without a fence or guide (freehand) I'm going to share your shop stool podcast . . . Yes I'm a safety freak, I was really saddened to hear about your mishap, hope you make a speedy recovery.

How thick are the slats on the top? I'm at the point of machining a bunch of reclaimed Tas oak wall studs for an outdoor table of a similar design. Thanks for all the videos you put together!

Nice video. I like the idea of using a dust. Did you notice that perhaps a pair of safety glasses along with the dust mask? Man, two dowels are not stable enough. These table will sag in two seasons. Better use some tenons next time.
