Here are a couple things you might find interesting- Illya can definitely make homunculi because she's mentioned that she constructed her two maids herself. I'm pretty sure she also mentioned some where in the VN that technically speaking she isn't a mage, she never really had to study magic because she pretty much had everything she knows about it built into her from birth.
There is a point to be made that Divine Soul Sorcerer would have been more fitting than Wizard - it just that the sorcerers spell list didn't have everything I needed and you don't quite get enough spells to work - so I would have been forced to cut a few corners^^
@@TrickyFox93 Very good point. Pity the older Sorcerer subclasses don't get a bunch of free spells like the ones in Tasha's. That would probably got a long way to helping. I suppose we can only hope.
I would need to read Fate/Strange Fake before I can consider him. FGO alone is a bit hard to use as reference - even with Kingu in the Babylonia Anime in mind.
i know tulok already made Gilgamesh but that was fate zero Gilgamesh, do you think you could make him from stay night? the two display vastly different skill sets, Gilgamesh in stay night shows no use of heavy armor, laser's, vehicles, and he relies more on rapid projectiles instead of his treasuries versatility like in zero. Im trying to make him like in stay night with a more barrage based focus for a character but cant decide what to do. do you think you could take a crack at it?
well not really. If you watch the Deen-Anime or read the Fate route in the visual novel you see him wearing his armor too and their fighting style is overall still the same. Fate/Zero Gil's skills are more expanded on since it was written after Stay Night and he is just paying Iskander some respect by at least trying^^. That being said I may look into an alternate build for Gilgamesh at some point
Would you consider making some of the more esoteric characters like the Shikis, Arcueid and well the heroines of Tsukihime? Actually pls Tsukihime, since Type-Moon isn't going to do anything for the 20th anniversary....
@@HeckPoliceman certainly also worth looking into - still have the Fate/stay night mange on my book shelf though an not even halfway done with that XD. Well but hey maybe they announce something during the new years eve event to celebrate Tsukihime after all... (ya would think they would at least add Arc to FGO)
@@TrickyFox93 I doubt they'll add Arc to FateGO without announcing something for the remake first since that's what would generate the most hype. I'm not holding my brearh for New Years but in my wildest dreams i still dare to hope lol
Hm dunno if that would really work. Angra is kinda defined by being relatively useless in combat and more or less being a "normal human". The one trick he got up his sleeve is that he can share the damage he takes with his opponent - and there isn't really a spell or class feature in D&D 5e that can do that - Hellish Rebuke is probably the closest thing to that. And there is also not exactly a spell that lets you loop time - beside wish of course^^ His biggest "strength" so to speak in F/HA is pretty well at stalling. So I could maybe go for abilities that raise his AC and reduce the damge he takes. His fighting style also resembles mostly a rogue, not to mention that uncanny dodge and evasion are rather fitting skills for him - if I were to consider that shadow wolf form I could maybe stretch it into a beast barbarian multiclass and maybe a couple of levels into shadow sorcerer. So yeah I could maybe make a build out of that but would proably have to grasp at straws for that one^^. I suppose I'll think about it. Got a few ideas for a Dark Sakura build though
@@HundredMasks Actually got a pretty decent idea how to make an Angra Build the other day that actually makes a lot of sense - though probably won't get to it before the end of the year^^
