Sasaki is a pretty ordinary guy, but saying that is a bit of downplay on the dude's abilities. Artoria outclassed this man in both strength, speed and raw power, but with just sword technique he prevented Saber from advancing up the steps of Ryudo Temple. This is also taking into account that Assassin is not this guy's proper class. Some servants perform better depending on their class. Heracles for instance is strongest as an Archer rather than a Berserker. Sasaki Kojirou from what we've seen is one of the most skilled swordsman in the franchise when it comes to raw technique. His sword style represents 'Infinity', as he creates new possibilities as he fights to create outcomes where he wins.
I'm very much aware of that - just was trying to keep it brief. Still sorta the fact that "Sasaki Kojirou" is just a wraith, the spirit of some normal guy who just happened to master the Tsubame Gaeshi and not a proper heroic spirit. At least this Sasaki Kojirou, the Shimosa-Chapter of FGO muddies the water a little bit in that regard
@@theflyingace611 Sasaki Kojirou in the main time lines of Fate supposedly doesn't exist - Assassin who is just the spirit of a nameless Samurai gets summoned in his stead. The Samurai that appears in Shimosa howeder is supposed to be the actual Sasaki Kojirou - who exist in that singularity as it is set in a parallel world. He i arguably not the same person^^. It's unecessarly convoluted
I don’t see how Archer is Heracles’ “proper” class. Berserker is more befitting of his strength. Just like Sasaki is a great assassin. Also, his fitting style is based on a Swallow (Type of Bird) not Infinity. Like a Swallow, it changes direction with the slightest changes in the air. Allowing him to adjust and block a blow while also following up an attack.
Another interesting build, Tricky. Yeah, the Washing Pole is definitely the trickiest part of building Koshiro. Your solution is by far the best solution that I've seen. Your build also sounds like quite a lot of fun to play, I am sorely tempted to use this the next time I have to roll up a character. With the remaining 3 Servants for the FSN roster, I look forward to seeing what you come up with, especially for Medusa and Hassan. With Medea, she's a fairly versatile spellcaster. The tricky part for her seems like it would be Rule Breaker, which seems like it would function as a dagger that can cast what amounts to an upcasted Dispel Magic, at melee range. I'm unsure of how you are going to tackle that, but your solution is likely to be interesting.
A suggestion for Rider (Medusa): Use Custom Lineage instead of the obvious Yuan-Ti since while Yuan-Ti works great for Medusa in terms of being a snake person, none of the Yuan-Ti's racial features are in-character. She dosn't use poison, she dosn't mind control people, she isn't stronger against poison than your average Servant (As far as we know) and she dosn't remotely resist magic (At least beyond what a Servant normally has without the Magic Resistance skill). Custom Lineage is meant to let you have every race with relatively the same stats, so Custom Lineage can be a Yuan-Ti, just with features more accurate to Rider. This also lets you get the Mobile feat, which matches Rider's fighting style well. Or Mounted Combatant if you want that and capped Dex and Charisma. For Classes, there's only one class that lets us get Find Greater Steed for Pegasus, Tenser's Transformation for Monstrous Strength, Dominate Monster for Bellerophon, multiple Necromancy spells for Blood Fort Andromeda (Namely things like Circle of Death, Contagion or Abi-Dalzim’s Horrid Wilting, it's impossible to make it 1-1) and Flesh to Stone for Mystic Eyes. That's right, Medusa's a Bard. Just go Collage of Swords (So you can use your shortswords/scimitars as a casting focus even while duel wielding them) and have fun with the strongest mount in DND since you can Monstrous Strength your Pegasus as well as yourself. This means they can deal 4d6+8 bludgeoning damage and 4d12 force damage while also having 109 health. This isn't even counting the attacks you throw in. Also maybe go a level in Sorcerer for Mage Armor so your AC is better and Medusa dosn't really wear armor. Which also would apply to Pegasus. It's a crime the Find Steed spells are exclusive to Paladins and Magical Secrets.
Medusa has Megic Resistance Rank B - which is pretty high especially for a Rider. Riders usually have lower Magic Resistance but Medusa's is more on less on par with that of the knight classes- it just never really comes up and breaker gorgon can be used for some limited mind control. The poison part - well in some myths Gorgons are poisonous in some not - there is nothing really that points towards either direction in case of Fate. Yuan-ti is a very fitting class and I'm not gonna use custom lineage when there is a fitting race available especially since it cannot cover some thing some of the races do - like the magic resistance for example. Regarding her Class - yeah most likely will be a bard build. But we get into the details once I get to make that build
@@TrickyFox93 in prisma Ilya when “spoilers” She was fighting Beatrice combined the berserker with the rider card she basically becomes Gorgon in fusion form and apparently she can poison people with her snakes there as they tried to kill Beatrice by trying to reenact Thor’s battle with jurmangandr since she was using a class card that had Thor’s hammer, turns out it was Magni Thor’s son but that still means that in her Gorgon form she has poison abilities.
For your next build, I would like to make Angra Mainyu. The version that Bazzet summon in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia. Or if you don’t want to do him, do Young Li Shuwen the Assassin from Fate/Extra. I hope me subscribing to your channel is enough an incentive for you to do it
