Great work. I have a 20 kg and is now planning to upgrade. Do you suggest getting another 20kg or going up in weight. Say 28 kg single? And thanks a lot for all the great advice.

absolutely a mother 20. I made video on why to get pairs. opens so many doors. also 2x 20 is 40kg on the body . build the body solid first then go up un single arm weights.

What is the rest period? Is it 30 sec work and 30 second rest?

Great video. I have a question since I'm just getting into kettlebells. My fondation that I'm building from is something that Pavel talked about in regards to rep count, which is 5, but how do you avoid overtraining for long cycle when clearly your total workload is very high? Thanks

+Kathryn Smith this is 30 on 30 off. Tabatas dont work well for this . 10 sec of rest , might as well hold bell in rack position.
