Maybe you should add plywood between the tack room and kitchen? Then you could hang more hooks.

Laura you don’t need a fancy tack room. Your tack and feed room is looking great. You are keeping to the design of the barn. It will all come together over time. Everything is looking great 👍

You should put would in between the bridle/ halter racks to really separate the room, and then you can put more hooks on but put halters underneath bridles or something.

With it being a concrete floor you could even have tie rings up and actually tack up in there , it looks quite big

When we had the commercial laying hens the roosters would flog so hard they would knock you down they was alot larger than regular barn yard chickens.

Penny really likes to be able to.graze. we choose willow because they also really like one another and her tiny size makes her a better candidate to not be on grass all thr time. It helps to keep her weight in check as well as keep.chino company!

Do keep in mind you might want to keep the white and black Rock rooster because he might be a good rooster to keep predators out of the chicken coop if any predators do get in he can chase them off

I love this farm so much for you guys!! ❤ everything just looks so good, it really came together so nice and such a upgrade in terms of space. You seem very similar to me in the way that when I start a project I like to get it done right away lol. Do you guys plan to have all the horses together over the winter months? Again you guys are troopers, such hard work but soooo worth it ❤

Good riddance to the mean rooster. Had one fly up on my little grand niece. She ran to me screaming & climbed my leg. He was flying up on the back of her head with feet up trying to cut her. I had her under one arm & I swung at him with my cane. I meant to kill that rooster! I told her daddy if he didn't get rid of it he will find it boiling in a pot my next day back to tend the kids! He got rid of it. I'm glad you took a break & had a fun day. 🥰

I didn't believe sophie that he was trying to attack her until I saw it for myself! We told her to kick it away from her if it came to her, so she did! That was not a good idea lol. Glad he's gone!

Roosters can tear you up. Farmers would put them in the pot for dinner or feed them to the pigs if they dare attack them or their children!

Good decision, once a rooster starts being aggressive they only get worse.

@@DayByDayVlogs The aggressive rooster at my old boarding stable would see people 50 feet away and try to attack. The barnowner told me to carry a dressage whip and use it on him if necessary. He came at me one day and I screamed at him, no effect, so I lashed him across the neck with the whip. He took a step back then charged me again !! Honestly, I lashed him so hard I thought his head would fall off. He ended up attacking someone else, got kicked in the head and died. Also , roosters do NOT protect the hens...they run faster than everyone to get away.
