Hey Austin this is guys.

Out of curiosity was the screen vibrating on the camera caused by the camera catching the spliced images going back and forth- or would you normally see that in person too? It was kinda like spinning around in a circle and trying to get your bearings but on the screen.

Alternatively, I prefer the Samsung 75 inch Smart tele I got in my home theatre because I love the idea of not having to mess around with the HDR settings!

It's mainly for the repair shops who can do component level repair on electronics provided they have access to the parts required. They can fix things that the manufacturer will just tell you to buy a new device if they go bad. Should you have to take your car to the dealer every time you need your oil changed? No, you can go to your local mechanic. The repair stores that exist now have to resort to leaks to get schematics and either back alley connections to obtain parts or scavenging them from parts devices. The pro's need right to repair.

I love my fat ps3, its one of the last fat revisions so no native ps2 support, but it works wonderfully, got it 2017 for 35 bucks on ebay, had all cables, no controller and minimal scuffing, worst part was the dust. But the fat ps3s are also the only models where the whole range is full cfw compatible

The have a problem with a few of the capacitors on the motherboard that go bad and brick the system after a while though. But if you have a backward compatible PS3 and a PS5 you can play every playstation game released with only two consoles. (PS3 can play playstation 1, 2 and 3 games. PS5 can play playstation 1, 4 and 5 games)

The 360 had great 3D too. I used it on a Panasonic Plasma and it was awesome. I miss they no longer make 3D games. More interested in that than VR.

PS3 can support up to 2TB since that is the limitation of the MBR partition layout. Since it doesn't support GPT, this should also apply to external HDDs too.

@@Redrum_Samm No it can take a 2 TB however you will lose Blu-ray playback meaning you cannot play movies what will happen is when you were done watching your movie at the end of the movie the Blu-ray disc will try to return to the main menu for the movie and it will freeze because the hard drive will cause a boot loop it’s an issue that exists within the operating system on the PS3 so if you remember not to allow your Blu-ray disc to return to the main menu after you’re done playing you will be fine But this video was talking about building the ultimate PS3 which means that you would need Blu-ray playback so a 1 TB would be the best

@@haydenw8691 again it’s not what you think it’s the playback that’s the problem if you are playing Blu-ray movies on the PS3 And you allow the entire movie to play including ending credits and then the disk decides to go back to the main menu after the credits have run the disk will freeze on the main menu it’s an issue with DVD movie and Blu-ray movie playback it’s always been there it’s always been in the console if you exceed a 1 TB hard drive you will have that bug Remember he was building the ultimate PS3 which means I would assume he would want Blu-ray playback to be able to enjoy watching movies as well as MPEG-4 playback is why he was using the external hard drive

I really do not understand anything you said, but if you mean Hacking the console, it can be done by falsifying the software with a pendrive and installing Hen from the network, you can download free games and dlcs, the console can emulate ps2, gameboy, Nintendo, super Nintendo, among others. Also install mod menu for different games. The ps4 control can be done even on an original console.

Yes that's the normal way, but what he was saying was the Japanese version is flipped... O to *enter* and X to *close* . I think their logic being that X just like using a computer closes things... Actually I don't know why this wasn't the case from the start but we all got used to X to enter so it became the norm.

​@@FireStarJutsu Yeah it seems to be kind of a universal thing in Japan that O equals Yes/OK and X equals No/Cancel My guess would be that product testing in other markets pre-release probably revealed that most people in those other markets would be more accustomed either to X being for Yes/OK and O being for No/Cancel or the placement of the Yes/OK button being the bottom most button in the standard gamepad diamond arrangement. You know before they released the first Playstation they would have been doing market research and bringing in consumers to try out the device and getting feedback from them. This is the most likely explanation I can think of. The other possibility being a close second is that someone with a lot of power in Playstation divisions outside of Japan all came up with the idea that they should swap from how Japan does it just as a personal preference. I think the market research explanation is far more likely.

One can install a 2.5" drive of up to 1.5Tb capacity without mods or hacks. I don't believe that 1.5Tb drives are manufactured nowadays, though. 1Tb is much cheaper and much easier to find.

Fat and Slim are actually better for this. Super slim has pros but more cons in my opinion
