Can I say that I'm OBSESSED with the format of this video? I love seeing travel vlogs, and of course, food, so getting to see you on the road, experiencing cultural street food, and then showing us how to make it? This is AMAZING, Donal!! ❤❤ Also, Bulgogi beef is one of my all-time favorite meals, so I can't wait to try this!

I am korean and i have never seen any chef here who makes this kind of pizza. What an amazing combination! It looks really delicious. my favorite food is pizza so i definitely want to try making it.

Apparently, you haven't lived until you have tried Korean kimchi. I like pickled things, and spicy things, so I'm curious as to kimchi at the source would taste. Mandu, bao, dango, call them what you like, but dumplings are so versatile in terms of what shapes they come in and what fillings they can have.

You can visit Jeonju, the food capital of Korea, without tasting all those good food in Jeonju, you can not say anything..Donal.. hi from Jeonju.

Asian pair is/can ne expensive so if my mom didnt have any around she would use apple or even some 7-up. She makes THE best food. :)

Hi donal, how about the philippines?! Try also cooking and taste filipino food... try adobo very simple (soy sauce, vinegar, black peppercorns, bay leaves & garlic then meat and stock of your choice)

You did a great job. However, it is recommended to add some sugar or fermented plum syrup to bulgogi. And generally, in Korea, it does not top the pizza with kimchi. haha, it looks delicious, though.

Hey Donal (or someone in the comments), do you maybe have a substitute idea for the asian pear if you can't get it anywhere? because this really looks like something I'd like to try but I'm from Germany and it will be quite hard to get my hands on them xD

In korea, they use pears for softing the meat texture. So you can use substitutes such as kiwi or pineapple or apple.

Something acidic. The acid tenderizes the meat but he also mentioned the sweetness. I think any sweet and sour fruit that is close to a pear will do. But im almost sure you can find in in Germany. Its so multicultural. Here in Holland i just go to large Asian supermarkets in china town or other asian neighbourhoods

Welcome to Korea! Your bulgogi pizza looks AMAZING!👍👍👍 By the way, the mandu(aka Korean dumplings) chain in this video DOES NOT taste good. There are many great mandu restaurants in Seoul. You should have tried more delicious dumplings.😭
