Helpful, I'm hoping I can start Alternate Day Fasting (36 hr. 3 times a week) again. Feeling like crap during these fasts might be a die off going on. Activated Charcoal might help. May help with my sugar addiction too. Thanks for the info.
@@TheSigmaDadLife I typically do the “Kinobody Style” where you fast the first 5-6 hours of every day. However, I do extend the fasts if I do not feel hungry so usually will do an 18-6

@@summerbeacher7862 I still use the C8 oil and charcoal (though I use Bulletproof now since the one I had has a lead warning… ☠️). I don’t fast anymore though. A few sources for trying that but for the goal of maximal muscle gain (which I really believe is key to longevity) fasting isn’t the best for that particular goal.
Great question! I have a lot of muscle mass (190 lbs according to the InBody scan I last took, which is a $20k machine). I do have a decent amount of fat on my body too though. This video was awhile ago I have used fasting to drop about 15lbs since I filmed this while staying just as muscular.
