I honestly hate the Beronica kissing scene soooo much(and I'm a pansexsual girl). They did it just cuz they wanted to get attention, while Cheryl, who was abused both psychicaly and mentaly by HER OWN MOTHER because she caught her with her girlffriend had to watch this with the straight face. Like this girl went through so much pain and they throw it in her face. That's just fucked up. This was completely unnecesery. *DISCLAIMER* Okay, I see people get upset and confused with my comment so I'll try to clear things up. They indeed didn't know that Cheryl wasn't straight in S1, but it doesn't make it okay to throw such scene there regardless of the plot. This scene has absolutely nothing to do with the plot. They didn't elaborate on that or anything, it's simply... there. Also argument that they did it to get into squad is simply dumb. None in real life would accept you/change their mind for kissing someone. And true, they gave Cheryl a girlfriend in S2, but let's be real. They did it for views and because fans were angry with this Beronica scene(Choni still doesn't get much screen time, all we see is Bughead and Verchi). Also I mentioned my sexuality not to get attacked (I'd look like homophobic hetero who hates anything gay, yes this happened before). We all know they did it in S1 to get attention and queerbaiting works just fine. Also even if Cheryl wasn't queer in s1 and didn't really think anything while the practise it's still not okay. Sorry if I seems rude, I really hate queerbaiting.

It's just such a weird show. I think the actors are fine they just have to deal with this horrible writing. The plot is all over the place but more importantly the dialogue is terrible. It's so cringey. There is just no way the actors could make it sound normal. Why can't they write normal conversations and stop with this pretentious, "woke" and over the top drama-talk. I don't understand how people can like it so much. The only way I can watch it is with my sisters because we basically just do what you do here on youtube. We comment on fucking everything so I guess you can call that hate watching. But we kinda stopped in the middle of season 2 'cause it was just the same over and over again.

When you realize that Riverdale is a fan fiction. It's a straight up fan fiction. But then again, I've read _better_ fan fiction that has better writing than Riverdale so... Edit: I'm sure the actors are great actors. We all know the problem is the writing. It's like the writers don't know how teenagers are in real life. Also NED YES! That show was the best! Still is to be honest lol. Way better than shows like Riverdale.

Season 1 is actually really good, then the writing just became mechanical and lazy. And I genuinly think they didn't know what they were doing while shooting season 3.
