Hi, How can I create bundles of different items within an Etsy listing, for example Printful, with another handmade product? Regards

Great Video. Now, I can combine a few products and remove the SKU on Etsy. The process would be the same if I did it with personalized items, I guess? Because I manually select the product from Printify anyway, and if I pre-create the personalized product in the draft and copy and edit the name-date or whatever is personalized, I can add it later to the order the same manual way. Am i right, or missing anything? ITS NOT the best way maybe but if its a mixed product-bundle i guess its the only way (unless i use hello custom for personalization but not bundle)

I got some question about one of your previous videos about fulfilment of orders outside of US. Is there any issue that might happen if my listing in etsy says its shipped from US ,and then lets say i send it from German supplier to order made from Germany ? Thanks in advance !

Could you possibly help me with mock-ups… I am making a design, but I am making a single design, like the 4500x5400 size on the front or back of an all over print shirt. I am not making a pattern, just the single design. I am using the all over print because of the nature of the design, it just looks better being sublimated, rather than DTG. On printify, though, the shirt is a “generic” shirt, it isn’t a branded shirt, like Gildan or B&C, so what would I use for a mock-up? I have been searching through Creative Fabrica, Placeit, and Etsy for mock-ups, but it seems like they’re all for either Gildan or B&C. Since the shirt is polyester, instead of cotton, for the sublimation, will that make a difference if I use a Gildan mock-up, as long as my description says it is polyester. You know how crazy the customers can be on Etsy, so I don’t want to use a mock-up that will show the wrong thing. I am not sure what to do, and it is so frustrating. Anyway, thanks for the videos, they are so helpful.

Can you bundle totally different products, offered by printify but different print providers. Like for instance same design aop hoodie and matching design aop leggings or same design pillow and matching throw blanket. Seems like because of removing the SKU and manual order fulfillment it can be done.

yes, you can! since you'll be manually fulfilling the orders, you can bundle any products together. When doing this, it's usually best to build the shipping cost into the product price and do free shipping in the shipping profile on Etsy unless the different products happen to have very similar shipping costs.

My question please, is if you are using more than one print provider, wouldn’t this process import all other products orders from your store supplied by the other print providers as well?

Hi! You can use different print providers for the products in a bundle because you are fulfilling the order manually, but they will be shipped separately. All other orders for products in your store that are synced with Printify would still come through as normal and be submitted to production. The only time this would be an issue would be if a customer ordered a bundled product from one of your listings and also a non-bundled product from another one of your listings in the same order. The non-bundled product would sync to your Printify account and go to production if you have automated order submission turned on, while the bundled products would not populate in the order. In that scenario you'd have to submit a second order manually if you can't catch the synced order in time to edit it before it is submitted to production.

Can I use 1 Gelato printing account for two unrelated Etsy shops? None of the stores are integrated with Gelato. I place orders on Gelato manually, and then I mark the order on Etsy shops as completed using the tracking number from Gelato. Will Etsy be able to determine by tracking numbers that 2 Etsy shops are using the Gelato account of the same person? For example, will Etsy be able to determine the name or email of the sender by the tracking number? I need to know this so that both Etsy stores don’t get banned for having multiple accounts.

You are allowed to integrate/sync a Gelato account with more than one Etsy shop (the free Gelato account is up to 2 stores and Gelato+ is up to 10 stores). So it's also fine to place manual orders in your Gelato account for more than one Etsy shop as well. Nothing is being sent automatically to your Etsy shop accounts if you don't have the integration set up - if you're just copy/pasting the tracking numbers for each order, there's no way for Etsy to tell where the tracking number is coming from.
