I started again and 2-3times I just gave up ,I was thinking I just lost my power, efficiency and stamina . Utilised Sunday doing this super good dance workout. Am out of practice for long now hence felt tired but didn't wanna give up so kept going, a little slow some times, but didn't give up. Have a query for your Deepti. The floor of my home is highly slippery. Can't do the workout with my shoes on. They slip and give me unexpected jerks which at 46 I can't afford. Also my toes start aching because of the hold I have to maintain on the floor. Is of okay to do the workout bare feet. Please answer. And tons of thx for engaging the lesser ones like us. Awesome workout by Deepti. Love the energy, music and moves. Great workout all around. A small request is if you could you please add a water break in the middle of your sessions so people who are in beginner/ intermediate fitness level can catch a breath and hydrate. Thank you so much for all the great videos-I am a fan!
Lol you can pause the video & have a 10-15 seconds break in between 😂 this workouts are almost of half n hour so u can take break after 15 mins in between

I found this playlist fun, so I'm going to start these exercises from today (20-3) (ill try my best!!) DAY 1: Feels quite exhausted but was soooper fun! DAY 2: I forgot to do it! DAY 3: I was nearly gonna give up, but the songs just kept my mood on! DAY 4: I completed it with not much tiredness!
