Hi guys!
I hope you guys had an amazing and safe holiday. We are going at it today to get us back on track after the holiday weekend! This is a 14-minute, follow along home workout that you can do anywhere without any equipment.
This is a HIIT style workout so make sure you spend at least 5-10 minutes warming up, it will help prepare your body for this intense workout.
Here is the breakdown of todays workout:
40 second working interval
20 second rest
2 rounds
1) Split Squat Hops
2) Plank In & Out
3) Lateral Lunge Left
4) Lateral Lunge Right
5) 180 Burpee Jump
6) Jack Knife
7) Narrow to Wide Squat
