Pharmacist here -- great list, but if you take medications be VERY careful with grapefruit as they can (negatively) interact with a lot of drugs!

@@wafflcoptr always ask a pharmacist as it depends on the way the drug is metabolized and there's no standard formula for predicting this. Pretty scientific process and sometimes it even varies from person to person which is even more interesting

@@aroberts269 really wanting to make a change with my life and learning different things from guys like this... Is was hard, I Shed it tears In some of my workouts, but it's basically less calories and working out 5 times a week improving, fasting it's wasn't a just smooth down hill slide to 215 I had hurdles went back to old habits and sometimes still do but I didn't give up on what I wanted slowing seeing results and getting more attention from woman help keep me motivated 💯

I take my kitchen discipline and dedication more serious than my workout. Which is why my physique and health has been on top notch since I began this journey. Food workout(discipline) is a 24hr thing, while physical exercises is maximum of 2-4 hours per day. So if your food workout isn’t enough, your 2-4 hours physical exercises will definitely not give you the results you seek. Start taking your food serious, then watch your results skyrocket. Much respect my mentor BJ.

you changed my life bro, since 2020 ive done nothing but your workouts (and fraser wilson ab workouts). Even though I was playing basketball, I was still a slightly overweight 15 year old. Now i look like a fucking monster without even going to the gym and thats all because of you🙏🏾

Haven't watched in a while because I've moved upwards in my fitness journey to going to the gym and lifting weights, benching, deadlifts, bent over rows, upright rows, etc. but this is going to be very helpful as I have been eating like shit for a while and want to get rid of the fat I've put on despite there not being much.

Been on keto for 14 weeks now. Its working. I was mad 370. Heavy heavy now I'm down to 302. But 260 is target .I like the food u have but on keto some of it I can't have. What do u suggest ??

Its more like overall healthy foods, not the fat burning ones. Truly fat burning are pineapple, kiwi, mango as far as i know, they do contain some fat burning chemicals
