This song is really a treasure! It is timeless ❤️ when I first watched the movie I was just a kid but loved Bobby Van, I wanted him to be my teacher, he was the best!

I remember filming this at the Harold Lloyd estate on Beverly Glen in Bel Air.

The Music was Beautiful.

I "discoverd" Bobby Van at age 15 thanks to this movie, he became a favorite of mine, then I saw hime in Because You're Mine with Mario Lanza and in That's Entertainment, as the human pogo stick in that scene from Small Town Girl. Too bad he died so young, it was very sad when I heard the news.

I love this film. However, this is one of the few songs which I dislike. The melody is wonderful, but the lyrics are inane. Even in a fantasy, there must be some truth, or else, it will a farce.
