2017 was my fav version so far, connoting to the 2020 I had the 2017 railed way better

Thanks dude. I am 6'1 and weight 180. Previous board was an arbor 158 beginner-intermediate, this one is 156 and advanced.. HUGE DIFFERENCE. I loved my last board, but the control on this one is way better.

@@snowboard303 Hey, I'm like 6'2 and my old board is 156W and it feels super small. I'm waiting for the Custom X to be available in 166W in the local store to get it. Isn't yours 156 too small for ya? Don't know if you're more park than slope/powder person...

@@marekmusil96 Hey Marek, Dude you are going to love the board, rides great. The 156 does not to feel to small for me and still fits right in my height and weight range. My previous board was 158, so the slightly smaller size feels more playful to me and more agile. I have not rode this board yet on powder, but there are some slots where the binding go that can be adjusted and if it is a big powder day you would want to move the bindings toward the back leg. As I post more videos in the future and continue to give updates on the board I will definitely make a review for how it feels in powder.

Unfortunately I can't compare to older models, however as companies build and make new products I would imagine models each year get better and better - at least one would think. Great question. If I get the chance I'll post an update here

I ride a 2008 custom x and its finally beat...I do have the 2022 still in the wrapper waiting for snow here!!

When you ride it I would love to know if you think the new one is improved.

I filmed this on the new GoPro 10 Max. The camera is absolutely incredible. I did another video on a review of it with one of the first runs taken with the video.

That's a great question actually... I had a guy at Christy Sports set it all up and forgot exactly what angles he set them too. Oops

Hey Genji. I am 6'1 and 180 pounds. This 156 is just a tad shorter and thinner than my previous Arbor board and the difference is incredible. Definitely need to adjust the bindings all the way toward the tail in powder I have learned which is easy to do. The board is extremely responsive! Highly recommend.
