I like Korean Air. Friendly staff and hospitality, when I rode this airplane to Manila, Philippines via Incheon, South Korea from Toronto. That's when I went on vacation by myself to the Philippines to be the caretaker of my Grandma Norma Maunes when she was still living...

Cool video, glad you didn’t end up in the 3 person middle seat lol😊 Just a bit of a note, while ICN did serve 17.9M passengers in 2022, it actually served 49.97M passengers from Jan-Nov 2023. Also pre pandemic ICN actually served over 64M passengers in 2019!

Wow, the FA even replenish the butter proactively. That's one little detail always been overlooked. And not to overfilled your wine glass, because some FA would rather filled them all the way to make few less trip.

Very nice trip report of an Airline i have not tried yet...and based on this report will not try soon. The 2-3-2 configuration is simply not any more acceptable these days. Also little things show a lack of love for detail. Like the menue. Presentationof wines without love...no info on the individual wines like good airlines do, no info on grapes, producer, region or even vintage. Little things showing a lack of effort and attention
