Butter Gordita with Scrambled Eggs - A new use for gorditas! Hot sauce lovers version! 

I created this dish a few months ago while looking for something to eat in my fridge a few months ago. It's a truly satisfying dish for those who like spicy eggs! Gorditas are versatile and pair well with many simple dishes. Oh, they're also super affordable. Many supermarkets carry them now.
The Mexican hot sauce is use is El Yucateco (salsa roja).
