Thank you for the video. I'm a bit confused about the required passive income to be resident in Italy mentioned at 14:50. As a citizen you don't have any requirements to be resident in Italy, and David can easily get a Carta di soggiorno. Passive income is for people applying for an Elective Residency Visa, and renting income wouldn't satisfy the requirement. They look at pensions and annuities in that case. Good luck!!!

I do realise that rules are a little different for us, than other "non EU" or Italian citizens, however we want to make passive income to live happily as we get older, without worrying about jobs etc. We don't have superannuation or other incomes, so we need this for ourselves and our future lifestyle. Love your coverage and I know you try to show us as much as you can. What I am hearing is David just agreeing with everything you say and maybe it would be nice to toss it up abit and let him take the lead. He had a great opportunity explaining the ingredients and flavours of the pizza but you just keep running the ship your way. No offence maybe it’s time to chill and make it a twosome.
David doesn’t like to take the lead. He’s not comfortable with that, so I let him do whatever makes him comfortable. That’s why we get on so beautifully because we understand each others strengths and needs ♥️🥰
